The Techniques & Kata requirements at Executive Self Defense Studio are the same as taught at most all of the Tracy's Kenpo Karate Studios.
We believe in teaching the complete system of Kenpo and will not delete any techniques or variations as some Kenpo Organizations have done. We believe that if you don't learn it and practice it you can't use it.
